Level 1 .....
To participate in official NPSA competitions it is required to have an NPSA license.
This license can only be obtained by completing the Basic Course at the NPSA.
This is a 2 day course.
On day 1 you will be prepared for the exam at the end of the day. Where you shoot an exam where you have to shoot different exercises safely within set times.
On day 2, the aspects that you regularly encounter during matches are discussed, such as taking your weapon unloaded from a table (table pick up), shooting through a hatch or door, moving backwards both left and right and shooting steel.
The same safety rules are applied on both days as they also apply to competitions, with each exercise there is a RO (range officer) who keeps a close eye on you.
If you make a mistake, it is unfortunately the end of the course, even on the second day, even if you have passed the shooting exam on the first with sufficient points.
For many, the step to sign up for the NPSA basic course is a bit too big, often due to uncertainty; Am I suitable, do I shoot well enough especially under time pressure!
But also because you don't have the opportunity to train at your own club.
Our Level1 is specifically intended for new shooters to prepare for this NPSA basic course.
We ensure, with a tailor-made course, that you can confidently register with the NPSA for the basic course with the necessary skills.
But also if you don't want to get an NPSA license, but want to get acquainted with course shooting and the
ins & outs of this sport, this course is highly recommended!

If you don't have a holster/magazine bags yet, consult a specialized gun store (see bottom of the page) where everything is in stock and good advice can be given.
In addition to a good pistol, belt and holster, clothing has also started to play a greater role in recent years.
Provide light shoes with a good grip, pants with some stretch and a smooth shirt that is not too loose.
Of course we are always available for questions.
